CONTEC Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of PC-based measurement interfaces and industrial computers, launched new products of touch-panel displays in the FLAT PANEL DISPLAY Series. The products are 6.5-inch LCD monitors supporting both of the analog RGB and DVI-D interfaces.
The products are small and lightweight touch-screen monitors best suited for the human-machine interface (HMI) with space-saving embedded computers. The front face of the touch-screen monitor is ingress-protected in conformance to IP65 in consideration of embedded applications. For the touch screen, mouse emulator software for Windows is provided, facilitating its use by connection with the PC using a USB or serial (RS-232C) cable.
The IPC-DT/S65VT-DC1, released along with the IPC-DT/S61VT-DC1, is an open-frame type selectable depending on the touch-screen monitor installation environment.
