GPC-BX950T1D is a variation model of the GPC-BX950 Series. It is equipped with a DVI interface that is suitable when connecting it to large-size liquid crystal displays. The basic features of the D version match those of previous versions. The GPC-BX950T1D is offered as an alternative, not a replacement for existing models. Customer options, such as CPU and memory supplied, are available through customization of these units. The GPC-BX950 Series is built on Intel’s 945GME chipset with high performance graphics accelerator and either aThe GPC-BX950 Series is a high performance, ultra-thin (25mm) computer. It features dual compact flash slots allowing it to operate without an HDD or system fan. This lack of moving parts creates a highly reliable computer that is ideal for embedded applications.
For additional reliability, CONTEC provides clamps to prevent accidental cable disconnection and metal fittings to secure the CF cards.. By storing CMOS data on the system’s EEPROM it is possible to boot the system even if the battery stops working. The EWF (Enhanced Write Filter) function found in Windows® XP Embedded prevents unintentional system changes. The GPC-BX950 Series has x2 CF card slots allowing the customer to use one CF for the OS and the other for necessary maintenance, system logs or data that needs to be kept with the system.
These systems supports a wide range of power supplies from 12 to 24VDC allowing easy installation in a variety of environments.
