This tool is designed to update the BIOS, adding new features and addressing errata. Supported Products ============================ - BOX-PC Series BX-T210 BX-T210R BX-M210(GPIO) BX-M210(SATA) - Panel-PC Series PT-M12SA-210 PT-M15SA-210 PT-V18WB-210D PT-V18WB-210DR Supported OS ============================ Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 LTSC 64-bit Precautions ============================ - Please make sure to read the end-user license agreement ("licenseagreement.txt") in advance, and use this tool only if you agree to the terms. - The process will take approximately 5 minutes. Ensure the power is not interrupted while the tool is running. If the power is cut off, the BIOS may become corrupted, requiring repair. - Side effects such as slower OS startup time or reduced CPU performance may occur after the update. Especially during microcode updates, CPU performance changes are common. If performance is a concern for certain applications, please verify them in your environment. - We are not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the use of this tool. What You Need ============================ - A USB memory stick formatted to FAT32 - USB keyboard - Monitor (excluding panel computers) How to Use ============================ Please refer to the "Precautions" section before following the steps below: 1. Place the extracted files on the USB memory stick in the following folder structure: G:\efi\boot\Bootx64.efi 2. Connect the monitor, USB memory stick, and USB keyboard to the target device for the BIOS update, and power it on. 3. Press the DEL key during BIOS startup to enter the BIOS settings screen. 4. Navigate to the "Save & Exit" tab. 5. Select the UEFI USB memory from the "Boot Override" menu. 6. The BIOS update will begin. The process will take approximately 5 minutes. Do not disconnect the power during this time. 7. Once all progress percentages reach 100%, the BIOS update is complete. A prompt will appear asking you to reboot. Remove the USB memory stick and press any key. The target device will reboot. 8. Press the DEL key during BIOS startup to enter the BIOS settings screen again. 9. Press the F3 key on the BIOS settings screen to load the default values. 10. If any other BIOS settings need to be changed, please do so. 11. Press the F4 key and select YES. The BIOS settings will be saved, and the target device will restart. 12. The BIOS update is now complete.
