(http://www.contec.com) ◆ Firmware upgrading precaution ================================ *If the PLC program is running, please stop it. *Do not turn off the power while upgrading the firmware. It may take longer than 40 minutes to complete. *The setting change of the CODESYS project may be necessary. *The saved PLC program may not work. Please load and save the PLC program again. *Pages created by the former HMI versions (1.0.2 and older) cannot be used. Pages need to be created with new tools. ◆ Before upgrading =================== Have the followings ready ・Product (CPS-PCS341 series) ・Host computer ・LAN cable ・Firmware upgrade file ◆ Version upgrading procedure ============================== 1. Turn on the power of the CPS-PCS341 product. 2. Connect the product to a host computer with a LAN cable. 3. Access the product via web browser from the computer. If the CPS-PCS341 still has the default setting, set the host computer on the same network (e.g.:10.1.1.102) and enter "http://10.1.1.101" in URL. If you are uncertain of your IP address, the default settings (10.1.1.101) can be restored temporarily by turning on the power with SW1-2 switch on. 4. Log in the product. You will be asked to enter a user name and a password. Enter them and click "OK" button. If you are uncertain of the user name and/or password, the default settings (User name:pc341, Password:pc341) can be restored temporarily by turning on the power with SW1-2 switch on. 5. Follow the instruction below to go to "Firmware version up" menu. In the "Status menu", click "Maintenance menu", and then "Firmware version up" in the Backup group. 6. Upload the firmware upgrade file. Click "Browse" button. Specify the file in the host computer to upload. Click "upload" button. *If the firmware upgrade file is compressed (extension: zip), decompress it before uploading(extension: bin). 7. Upgrading will start and the product will be rebooted. 8. After rebooting completes, check the version. Access the product via web browser again. From "Maintenance menu", click "System information" under the group of System. ◆ Version upgrading history ============================ Ver1.3.3 --------------------------------  -CPS-AI-1608LI, CPS-AI-1608ALI   Analog input value was captured from off-by-one channel in specific envir environment.  -Change the variable display processing of CONPROSYS HMI. Ver1.3.2 --------------------------------  -Half duplex communication of serial port is supported. -Problem fix: The Conversion accuracy of analog output has over 15LSB when the controller connected CPS-AO-1604LI or CPS-AO-1604VLI.
