Contec has developed six new fanless industrial computers (two PT-M Series and four PT-F Series, hereinafter referred to as the new product) with analog resistive integrated touchscreens and Intel Atom x6425E quad-core CPUs (Elkhart Lake). Sales of these new products started on September 12, 2023.
PT-M07WA-310
PT-F10SA-320
PT-F12SA-320
The new products are the PT-M07WA-310, a panel-mount type with 7" touchscreen, and the PT-F10SA-320 and PT-F12SA-320, which are open-frame type with 10.4" or 12.1" touchscreen displays.
The new products are equipped with expansion interfaces including 2x 1000BASE-T, 4x USB3.2 Gen1, 2x USB2.0, DisplayPort, CFast card slots, 2x RS-232C(1 port in PT-M07WA-310).
Equipment installation methods include panel-mounted and open-frame options to suit a variety of applications. Panel-mounted types are embedded from the front for easy installation, and the IP65-rated enclosure prevents dust and water droplets from entering. The strong frame used in open-frame types allows for use with a wide range of equipment without the need for an enclosure, while the rear-mounted construction allows for a flush mounting surface and screen.
The new products are compatible with the exiting panel computers "PT-M07WA-120", "PT-F10SA-120", and "PT-F12SA-120" equipped with Atom E3845 (BayTrail), making it smoothly migrate.
Adopting the low-power platform of Intel Atom Processor x6425E achieves lower power consumption while still ensuring sufficient performance.
Panel-mount type and Open-frame type are available to meet your installation method.
It supports system start-up externally via network (Wake On LAN) and modem (Power On by Ring). It encourages significant labor saving in operation.
Equipped with the "Power failure protection system" function that protects data and prohibits writing to storage in the event of power failure. Along with the lockdown (disk writing suppression) function of Windows IoT Enterprise, power can be safely turned off without a shutdown process. Moreover, file system damage or data damage caused by sudden power failure can be avoided.
