API-CNT(WDM) Windows Driver for Counter Input Driver

A maximum of 16 boards are controllable. In addition, the driver enables to control up to 256 boards.
The current count values of specified channels can be read.
The current status register of specified channels can be read.
Preset values can be written to specified channels.
Timer can wait for a pre-specified period.
An event message can be generated when a time-up, timer halt, or count match occurs.
