This product is a bus adapter set that is designed to connect a PCI bus expansion chassis [ECH(PCI)SF series] to a PCI Express slot of a PC. Adopting a high-speed serial communication PCI bridge [StarFabric], the product can be used to install the PCI bus expansion chassis up to 12 meters away from the PC`s main unit using LAN cables to allow you to use a PCI board. The product supports both the Low Profile and standard size slots.

• A PCI slot (5V/32bit 33MHz) can be added if the PCI Express slot on the main unit of a PC is used to connect an optional PCI bus expansion chassis. No special device driver is required for the PCI board mounted on the PCI bus expansion chassis.
• A noise-resistant STP category 5e cable (12m) bundled. The PCI bus expansion chassis can be installed up to 12 meters away from the PC's main unit.
• Only two LAN cables are required to link the PC to the power-ON/OFF functionality.
• A suitable PCI bus expansion chassis can be selected, according to the number of slots and board size required.
• Supporting both of Low Profile and standard PCI slots (exchangeable with the bundled bracket).
