This product is a PCI Express bus-compliant interface card for digital signal input (12-24VDC). DI-128L-PE features 128ch opto-coupler isolated inputs (for use with current sink outputs), with 16ch of the inputs having an interrupt function. This product also has a digital filter function to help prevent mis-detection of input signals. With the driver libraries for Windows/Linux supplied as standard, applications with CONTEC hardware features fully utilized can be created. LabVIEW is supported with a plug-in of dedicated libraries.

  • Opto-coupler isolated inputs (for use with current sink outputs)
    • DI-128L-PE card has 128ch opto-coupler-isolated inputs with a 200µsec response time (for use with current sink outputs). A separate common ground is provided for each block of 16ch inputs which means that each block can connect to a different external power supply. The drive voltage for both the inputs and outputs is 12 - 24VDC.
  • Opto-coupler bus isolation
    • As the PCI Express bus (PC) is isolated from external signals by opto-couplers, this product has excellent noise immunity.
  • 16ch of the input signals can be used as interrupt input
    • 16ch of all input channels can be used as interrupt request signals and the interrupt enable/disable and interrupt detection edge can be set independently for each interrupt bit.
  • Windows/Linux compatible driver libraries are attached
    • Bundled driver library API-PAC(W32) enables to create Window/Linux applications. In addition, a diagnostic program by which the operations of hardware can be checked is provided.
