This product is a power-saving and high-performance embedded type computer with a processor from the Intel® Ivy Bridge processor series. Along with its power-saving and high-performance features, this product has a rich variety of interfaces and achieves fan-less operation by way of natural air-cooling. The Core i7-3517UE processor or Celeron 927UE processor can be selected for the CPU. Additionally, a 2-slot expansion model (which can be equipped with PCI busses in two slots) and a 4-slot expansion model (which can be equipped with a PCI Express [x8] bus) are available. Various interfaces such as dual LAN / USB3.0 / HDMI / S-ATA slot / CFast slot / RS-232C and the slot-in 2.5 inches SATA hard disk bay unit being installed, this product is widely usable as a platform based on the OS for the general-purpose PC. Embedded-type CPU and chip set have been adopted. The use of readily available parts ensures the ease of the use of the product. In addition, the use of CONTEC-customized BIOS allows support to be provided at the BIOS level.
