"On-site maintenance service pack" is a package product of on-site maintenance service for our FA computer "VPC series". If a failure occurs in the target product for which you purchased the "Onsite Maintenance Service Pack", contact our call center to isolate the failure situation and send a technician to the site if you determine that on-site repair is necessary. We will dispatch and solve the problem.
