Paul joined the Contec team in June 2021 as Assistant Controller and was promoted to Controller in March 2025. He brings nearly 10 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis, with a strong background in both corporate finance and public accounting. Paul has successfully streamlined accounting processes, identified cost-saving opportunities, and ensured compliance with complex regulatory requirements. He is known for collaborating across departments to drive operational efficiency and deliver high-quality financial results.
Prior to joining Contec, Paul worked at KPMG for nearly five years, advancing to Senior Audit Associate, where he gained extensive experience in GAAP compliance, financial statement analysis, and external audits across multiple industries. Paul is bilingual in English and Polish and is recognized for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Paul earned both his Bachelor and his Master of Accounting Science in Accountancy with a focus on Leadership from Northern Illinois University.
