- Fixed the following bugs of devices accessed via LAN.
 When another function is executed after an error occurs in DioInit, it may freeze.
 When DioInit is executed again after an error occurs in DioInit, it ends normally.
- Fixed a bug that function processing may not be returned when using a device accessed via LAN in multiple threads.
