In December 2020, specifications of COM driver software such as supported OS were updated. As a result of this update, below OS and development environment are no longer supported by the latest driver software.

  • OS ： Older than Windows 8.1/XP
  • Development Language ： Older than Visual Studio 2008

In case of use our devices in the above OS / development language, please download the older version of the driver software for use. For supported devices, please see the readme file on download page.
