Due to the revision of the supported operating systems for the COM driver, the current version does not support the following operating systems and development environments.

  • OS ： Older than Windows 10
  • Development Language ： Older than Visual Studio 2015

In case of use our devices in the above OS / development language, please download the older version of the driver software for use. For supported devices, please see the readme file on download page.
