Overview / Features

CONPROSYS HMI System is Contec's SCADA software that enables programming-free creation and operation of remote monitoring and management systems for a variety of applications, including data collection and control using Contec’s CONPROSYS™ industrial IoT solutions as well as MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) communication-compatible IoT gateway devices from other companies, alarm detection and notification, and displaying process charts, trend graphs, and reports on HMI monitoring screens.

Multi-device Support for Anytime, Anywhere Access
- From the installed browser, it can be used not only on PCs but also on tablets and smartphones. It does not depend on specific platforms such as OS/hardware.
Programless System Development. Drag and Drop Production on the Browser
- Web-based system development and execution. No need to install specialized software. Screens such as process flow charts can be created by dragging and dropping on the browser. You can operate data and control equipment from parts on the browser, such as collected data/database and information link without programming, contributing to system construction in a short period of time.
Accelerate "visualization" with abundant graphic components
- Over 60 graphic components (lamps, labels, trends, meters, lists, tables, etc.) are available. It realizes "visualization" of data without programming. Components such as alarm summary, alarm history, historical trend, report, data change history, operation history, instrument monitor, and map are also available.
Support Not Only PLC but Also MQTT Which Is Attracting Attention
- Data can be collected from PLCs of multiple companies via CONPROSYS™ devices, stored in the client's database, and operated. In addition, it supports MQTT, which is attracting attention in the IoT field as a lightweight protocol, and also supports IoT gateways with MQTT communication functions. Since the MQTT broker is installed, there is no need to prepare a separate MQTT broker.
Meets Both Cloud and On-premise Needs
- Cloud services can be built simply by installing CHS on Windows servers such as AWS and GCP. It is also possible to build an on-premises monitoring environment by installing it locally on Windows. It is possible to avoid the security risk of cloud operation and realize remote monitoring without paying a pay-as-you-go fee.

Limitations	The installer is the same for both the trial version and commercial version. The trial version stops data processing after 1 hour of continuous operation. You can try all functions. A license is required for each installation. Virtual machines and guest operating systems also require licenses. When building a cluster system, a license fee of 30% of the selected project will be added for each additional computer (OS). The tag number limit is the total number of real I/O channels. Does not include internal variable tags (unlimited). Depending on the resources of the computer used (CPU performance, memory, storage, etc.), there may be practical limitations. During the contract period, we will provide product updates (patches such as bug fixes) and upgrades (product improvements/enhancements). Installation media and backup media are not provided.
