Disk Copy makes it easy to back up disk images directly from BIOS Setup. Create backups without having to remove the disk or boot the OS. With Disk Copy, backups can be created as either the same file type or as a compressed file.
Disk > Disk |
Copy the contents of the disk to the specified disk physically. |
Disk > File |
Write the contents of disk to the specified disk as an uncompressed file. The file is divided into multiple files of about 1GB. Since it is uncompressed, it can be written (backed up) and written back (restored) at high speed, but it uses a lot of disk space.

Disk > Cab |
Write the contents of disk to the specified disk as a compressed file. The file is divided into multiple files of about 1GB. Since compression processing is included, it takes longer to write (back up) and write back (restore) than uncompressed. You can save disk space.
