CONTEC Co., Ltd. (listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Securities Code: 6639) will be sponsoring the "Audi Team DreamDrive" racing team that will take part in the new Super Taikyu Series ST-R Class from 2017.

Embracing the "we are challengers" spirit, CONTEC will be sponsoring the "Audi Team DreamDrive" and become one with the racing team competing in the Super Taikyu Series with Japan’s No. 1 machine, the Audi RS3 LMS. For one year starting in 2017, CONTEC will contribute to the development of the automotive industry through different activities. In addition, we will be using the "PT-970 Series Panel Computer" as a data analysis terminal at the pit stop, the front line of the racing team. With our best products, will continue to support the various challenges of the arduous battles the team will be facing.
The Audi Team DreamDrive took the pole position for the first race held on April 1 (Saturday) at Twin Ring Motegi after finishing first in the qualifying session. The team could not take one of the top positions because of a fuel-related machine issue in the finals. However, completing the 200-minute grueling race was a great success in itself.
