Overview / Features

This product is an extension module with isolated digital input and output interface and operates along with the stack type controller of our CONPROSYS series. CPS-DIO-0808L have 8channels of the optocoupler isolated input and output per module.

• Optocoupler isolated input (supporting current sink output) and optocoupler isolated open-collector output (current sink type).

  • CPS-DIO-0808L have the optocoupler isolated input 8channels (supporting current sink output) whose response speed is 200μsec, and optocoupler isolated open-collector output 8channels (current sink type).
• All of the input signals are usable as interrupt events.

  • You can use all of the input signals as interrupt events and also disable or enable the interrupt in bit units and select the interrupt edge.
• Digital filter to prevent input signals from carrying noise or a chattering.

  • This product has a digital filter to prevent input signals from carrying noise or a chattering. All input terminals can be added a digital filter, and the setting can be performed by software.
• Output circuits include zener diodes for surge voltage protection.

  • Zener diodes are connected to the output circuits to protect against surge voltages. The rated output is 35VDC, 100mA to the maximum per channel.
• Compact Design

  • Compact design, 25.2 (W) x 94.7(D) x 124.8(H) mm, features flexibility in installation.
• Adaptable to a wide range of temperature between -20 and +60°C

  • The product is capable of operating in the temperature between -20 and + 60°C. It can be installed in the various environments.
