The EPC-2000 series has achieved high-speed computing, including advanced image analysis and robust real-time control, which is difficult for conventional energy-saving built-in personal computers. The CONTEC EPC-2000 series brings innovative changes to semiconductor manufacturing equipment, such as improved performance, energy saving, and downsizing.

• Power saving and compact, but powerful

  • The second generation Intel? Core? processor family 'Sandy Bridge' architecture. The second generation Intel? Core? processor has been adopted to achieve an unconventional controller, the EPC-2000 series, which is power-saving and compact, but powerful.
• Compatible with the real-time OS, Intime

  • The performance of the EPC-2000 series has been evaluated using Micronet's real time OS, INtime. Both the clock accuracy and response accuracy have been evaluated as satisfactory.
• Compatible with EtherCAT Master Stack

  • The EPC-2000 series is equipped with two Gigabit LAN ports adopting an Intel controller. The operation has been confirmed using Micronet's EtherCAT Master Software, RSI-ECAT / RSW-ECAT.
    
• Flexible and powerful equipment and excellent expandability

  • Various high-performance sensing devices, including an image processing board adopting PCI Express bus and camera input board, are mountable.
