- Changed the method for transmitting Japanese data to Azure.
- The function was added to the product 3G model（CPS-MC341G-ADSC1-111, CPS-MC341G-ADSC1-110）.
 Added a setting to enter the PIN code if the SIM is locked.

- Added a function to restart the device when kernel panic occur.

Problem Fix
- Fix CHS function below
 "Cloudkey" can't be registered when a new tag is added to it.
- Parentheses, "(" and ")", can't be used for password on 3G setting.
- Fixed startup process of CPS-MC341G-ADSC1-110.
- Fix the process of restart 3G module.
