・Recipient List Setting
  Fixed invalid URL when notification method is webhook.
  Fixes authentication failure when sending test when notification method is webhook.
Changes related to TskDataController services.
・Fixed an issue where the session was not closed properly when the device was not sending data for more than 5 minutes.
・Fixed an issue where adding a tag to an existing cloud key does not update the current value.
・Fix an issue where device current values and logger data are not recorded using the device template feature.
・The function for duplexing devices was modified so that device communication error detection can be detected on each device.
・Changing the detection timing when multiple analog alarms are changed simultaneously.

・Fix to display the change screen when password initialization is required on the HMI login page.

  Corrects an issue in which settings cannot be changed if the inherited analog alarm settings do not exist when using the page template function.
・Alarm Summary
  Corrects an issue where the background color reverts to the default value when a facility class is redisplayed after changing its display and saving the page.
・Report
  Fixed an issue that prevented Excel output when using the Page Template feature.
・Other fixes
  Added CHS_PostgreUpdate to support program and associated installer fixes.
