A night to remember!
Our guests arrived at the hotel to check-in, receive their name badges and meet our team by exchanging introductions and business cards. After about 20 minutes, it was time to head to the new office.
When our guests arrived at the new office, they were very impressed with the modern and clean feel of our new office space. It was a very open environment where they could walk around and look at products and solutions they were interested in.
Shortly after arriving, Nogami-san was introduced and made a presentation of the 2 demonstrations in the office. Our guests were very impressed!
After the demonstration, we invited Thomas Hayes (the Mayor of the Village of Arlington Heights), Fujiki-san, Alex and Ryan for the ribbon cutting. The Mayor and Fujiki-san both gave speeches.
Following the ribbon cutting, our first group of guests entered the conference room for the LIVE broadcast from Komaki Factory with Taka-san. The Mayor asked to join the first group! He was very impressed with our capabilities and technology!
We then asked the second group to enter the conference room for their LIVE broadcast from Komaki Factory with Taka-san.
Afterwards the guests enjoyed more conversation in the main office space where they learned more about opportunities with Contec.
We then returned to the hotel and began our celebration. Ryan opened the evening with a speech thanking our guests and gave vision to the growth of the company and the importance of being in the Chicago area.
Ryan said, "the investment in this office represents our commitment to serving the industrial market in the US with this Chicago area office as our hub for industrial business."
He then invited Fujiki-san to give an opening speech where he gave the corporate vision and growth for Contec globally, and how we plan to grow in the Americas through different markets for industrial automation. He concluded with a cheers to all as he closed his speech.
Following the speeches, our guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers and having good conversations.

We enjoyed dinner following the photo and at the end of dinner, Alex, Katsu-san and Nogami-san gave a short speech to thank our guests for coming. Our guests received their special gifts when they left and were all thanked individually by Fujiki-san and Ryan.
After the event concluded, the Contec team enjoyed some laughs and being together knowing that the night was a very big success - all of the hard work paid off!
