New Product Release: High-Performance Slim Tower PC with Excellent Expandability Introducing the LPC-1700 Series

Contec has developed a new high-performance slim tower computer that is highly scalable and equipped with an 8th generation Intel® Core™ processor. The company will begin accepting orders for the LPC-1700 series in October 2022.

This new industrial computer features a compact design (96 mm high × 330 mm wide × 399 mm deep) for installation even with limited space in addition to a high-performance Intel® Q370 chipset for advanced scalability. The LPC-1700 series is equipped with a variety of expansion interfaces, including four expansion slots (one PCI Express (x16) slot, two PCI Express (x4) slots, and one PCI slot), three Gigabit LAN ports, one serial port (with RS-232C/RS-422A/RS-485 support), and six USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports.
The built-in GPU HD630 supports 4K (3840 × 2160 pixels) resolution to allow for high-resolution image display and smooth video playback. The product also supports various display connections with DVI-I, HDMI, and DisplayPort display interfaces.
The LPC-1700 is ideal for embedded applications that require real-time, high-speed processing and advanced graphics processing such as for analytical equipment and business terminals requiring an advanced, compact design.Contec will also be offering BTO (Build-to-Order) models in the future with selectable components such as CPU and memory capacity to meet a variety of needs.

Includes four expansion slots (one PCI Express (x16) slot, two PCI Express (x4) slots, and one PCI slot). Also available with an optional entry-level GPU card.
- Rich variety of interfaces for freely expandable peripherals
Equipped with expandable interfaces including a DVI-I port, HDMI port, DisplayPort, three 1000Base-T ports, six USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) ports, four USB 2.0 ports, a serial port (RS-232C/RS-422A/RS-485), and an audio port.
- CPU built-in high-definition graphics
Smoothly plays even full-HD videos thanks to an Intel® HD Graphics 630 integrated graphics processor. Full-HD output to three displays is also supported using the DVI-I, DisplayPort, and HDMI interfaces.
