Contec has developed a compact slim tower-type computer called the "LPC-1700 Series" (hereinafter referred to as the new product), which offers excellent expandability and can accommodate 8th generation Intel® Core™ processors or Celeron® processors. We have started accepting orders from May 25, 2023.

The new product is an industrial computer that ensures high expandability with the adoption of the high-performance Intel Q370 chipset, despite its compact design (330mm in width, 399mm in depth, 96mm in height), which allows it to be installed in limited spaces. It features four expansion slots (1 x PCI Express (x16), 2 x PCI Express (x4), 1 x PCI), three Gigabit LAN ports, one serial port (RS-232C/RS-422A/485 compatible), and six USB3.2 Gen1 ports, among other various expansion interfaces.

To meet our customers’ needs and budget, we have started offering a build-to-order (BTO) system that allows the selection and configuration of components such as CPU, memory capacity, and storage, enabling customers to choose the product with the optimal specifications.

This new product is not only ideal for real-time high-speed computational processing and advanced graphics processing required for embedded applications that demand advanced functionality and miniaturization, but also perfect for terminal devices for analytical instruments and business terminals.

• Supports Intel Core Processor Series Coffee Lake

  It supports the power-efficient and high-performance 8th generation Core processors as well as the Celeron processor G4900T, achieving high computational and rendering capabilities while conserving energy. Furthermore, the adoption of embedded-type CPUs enables stable supply.

• CPU-integrated high-performance graphics

  Equipped with Intel HD Graphics 630, it can smoothly playback Full HD videos. It also supports triple Full HD output using DVI-I, DisplayPort, and HDMI.

• GPU card integration possible with four expansion slots

  With four expansion slots (1 x PCI Express (x16), 2 x PCI Express (x4), 1 x PCI), it can accommodate 1x PCIe Low Profile GPU card with a length of up to 160mm and a power consumption of up to 75W.

• Abundant interfaces for flexible peripheral expansion

  It is equipped with various expansion interfaces, including DVI-I, HDMI, DisplayPort, 1000BASE-T × 3, USB3.2 Gen1 (USB3.0) × 6
