Contec Co., Ltd. has developed the new PT-M12SA-300, PT-M12SB-300, and PT-M15SA-300 Series panel computers featuring a touch panel display
and quad-core Intel® Atom® processors x6413E (Elkhart Lake). The company began taking orders for these new products as of today.

The new PT-M12SA-300, PT-M12SB-300, and PT-M15SA-300 Series feature quad-core Intel Atom x6413E CPUs to achieve fanless and spindleless embedded
computers with touch panel displays for industrial applications.
These products are successors to the previous PT-M12SA-210 and PT-M15SA-210 models with compatible panel cutout dimensions, offering roughly twice*2 the CPU computing power.
Models with the latest Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC 64-bit OS are also available for easy system replacement/upgrading.
The panel-mounted installation system allows embedding from the front of devices or other equipment with three touch panel types to choose
from: the 12.1-inch analog resistive PT-M12SA, the 12.1-inch capacitive PT-M12SB, and the 15-inch analog resistive PT-M15SA.
With an IP65-rated front section, each series is resistant to dust and splashes, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial
applications, including HMIs, production lines, and logistics systems.

- Reductions in running costs and energy usage
This product uses the x6413E low power consumption Intel Atom® processor platform to achieve low power consumption while still providing sufficient performance.
- Power Failure Protection™ system for reliable operation with no OS shutdown required(Japanese model) *3
The Power Failure Protection™ system protects data and prohibits writing to storage in the event of a power failure.
When used together with the Windows 10 IoT Enterprise lockdown (disk write suppression) feature, power can be safely turned off even
without performing a shutdown process. This also helps prevent corruption of the file system and data due to sudden power loss.
- Convenient utilities based on Contec’s originally designed BIOS
The products are equipped with utilities*4 based on Contec’s original and convenient BIOS.
- Fanless design that reduces maintenance and inspection operations
By adopting a spindleless design with no CPU fan, these series prevent dust and foreign materials from entering the system and reduce the use of components
that deteriorate with age as much as possible, greatly reducing maintenance and inspection burdens.
- Rich variety of interfaces for freely expandable peripherals
In addition to DisplayPort, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 (USB 3.1) ports, four USB 2.0 ports, and two LAN ports, the PT-M12SA/PT-M12SB/PT-M15SA-300
Series also includes an analog RGB port and four RS-232C ports (with RS-422A/485 switching in one port). These products also feature a
slot-in 2.5” SATA disk slot and a CFast card slot for separation of OS and data storage.
- VESA standard support
All of the products meet the (75 × 75) VESA standard, enabling installation on various types of arms and stands.
- IP65 dust- and drip-proof front section
The front section structure on each series meets IP65 standards (for withstanding dust and running water).
