Contec has developed the "DI-16TY2-USB" (hereinafter referred to as "new product") with the aim of continuing to provide products for the Y series of USB digital inputs. Shipping is scheduled to begin in late March 2026.
The new product is compatible with the existing "DI-16TY-USB" in terms of functions and connectors, and is equipped with new functions. It can be used as a more advanced and easy-to-use digital input terminal.

  • 8 points can be used as interrupt request signals
    8 points of the input signal can be used as interrupt request signals, enabling/disabling interrupt in bit units, and selecting the edge of the input signal that generates an interrupt.
  • Built-in digital filter function
    All input jacks are equipped with a digital filter that prevents misrecognition due to signal noise and chattering.
  • Individual identification method changed to ID setting switch method
    It is now easier to identify multiple devices when they are connected. (Previous models used built-in IDs.)
