Taiwan Contec proudly introduces the GMB-AB65000, a flagship ATX industrial motherboard designed to unlock the full potential of AMD Ryzen™ 9000 Series processors for next-generation industrial computing. Leveraging the breakthrough performance of AMD's Zen 5 architecture, the platform delivers outstanding multi-threaded computing power, ultra-fast responsiveness, and exceptional energy efficiency for AI inference, machine vision, automation, and edge server applications.
As Taiwan Contec's first AMD-based industrial motherboard, the GMB-AB65000 represents a strategic expansion of the company's industrial computing portfolio. Featuring support for AMD Ryzen™ 9000 Series processors up to 120W, ECC memory, PCIe Gen5 expansion, dual 2.5GbE networking, and rich industrial I/O, the platform is engineered to provide the scalability, reliability, and long-term stability required for mission-critical industrial deployments. Commercial availability is planned for October 2026.

Superior Efficiency and Server-Grade Data Integrity
Engineered specifically for healthcare diagnostics, laboratory automation, and high-throughput edge computing, the GMB-AB65000 features four DDR5 UDIMM slots supporting up to 128GB of memory with Error-Correcting Code (ECC) support. By combining the cost-effective B650 platform with native ECC memory protection, the board provides enterprise-grade data reliability—preventing system crashes during critical medical imaging and data analytics—without the premium cost of dedicated server platforms. Furthermore, the Zen 5 architecture provides exceptional performance-per-watt, allowing easier thermal management in enclosed medical and industrial chassis.
Next-Gen Expansion and Flexible I/O Integration
Leveraging integrated AMD Radeon™ Graphics, the motherboard supports triple independent displays via two DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.0 interface. To accommodate both cutting-edge accelerators and traditional expansion cards, the GMB-AB65000 provides:
- PCIe Gen5 Expansion: 1x PCIe Gen5 x16* slot for high-performance AI inference or GPU cards.
- Versatile Legacy & Modern I/O: 1x PCIe Gen4 x4, 1x PCIe Gen4 x1, and 3x legacy PCI slots, enabling seamless integration with specialized medical/industrial DAQ cards.
- High-Speed Storage: 2x M.2 M-Key 2280 slots (PCIe Gen4 x4) alongside 4x SATA III ports with RAID 0, 1, 10 supports.
- Dual 2.5GbE LAN: Powered by Intel® I226V controllers for high-speed, isolated network
Industrial-Grade Reliability and Security
Built for long-term deployment, the GMB-AB65000 includes an onboard TPM 2.0 module, 8-bit GPIO, hardware monitoring, and flexible serial connectivity (RS-232/422/485). Operating across a 0°C to 60°C temperature range, the board complies with major safety standards (CE, FCC, VCCI Class B, UKCA, and RoHS 2.0) and supports Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC 2024 (64-bit).
