We have developed and started offering the free benchmark software ‘Clock Performance’ for Windows, which allows easy measurement of the maximum sampling rate and maximum generation rating rate in the execution environment.

Clock Performance

The maximum sampling rate and maximum generation rating rate of measurement control applications vary based on various conditions, including the functional specifications of measurement control devices (such as bus specifications and conversion speed), settings (such as the number of channels used), the host PC’s specifications (such as CPU), and the load state during execution.
The ‘Clock Performance’ software allows visualization of the maximum sampling rate and maximum generation rating rate, which vary under various conditions. It serves as a useful indicator for selecting measurement control devices and host PCs.

The "Clock Performance" is included in the development environment of the driver library API-TOOL for Windows.
