As a result of component upgrades to Contec’s DX-U1100/-U1200 Series NVIDIA Jetson™ edge AI computers, the JetPack/L4T software installed on these products must be updated to a supported version.
Contec requests all customers to update JetPack/L4T to the supported version (Jetson Linux) to continue using the software.

2. (2) Impact of upgrade:
   Correct operation will be possible only for supported versions of JetPack/L4T (Jetson Linux).


3. (3) Date of upgrade:
   DX-U1100 Series: Sequentially starting on October 31, 2024
   DX-U1200 Series: Sequentially starting on August 1, 2024


4. (4) Solution:
   Update to a supported version of JetPack/L4T (Jetson Linux) provided by Contec.
   Supported versions of JetPack/L4T (Jetson Linux) can be downloaded from the Contec website.


5. (5) Future solutions:
   For applicable products, new products (different models) will be sequentially released with supported versions of the JetPack/L4T (Jetson Linux) software.
