The new products utilize the widely adopted Modbus protocol for industrial field networks, making them easy to integrate not only with PLCs but also with various controllers and PC-based systems.

The CPSR-ET7244 and CPSR-ET2255 are Ethernet remote I/O modules supporting Modbus TCP, featuring 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs in a compact enclosure optimized for DIN rail installation. They support daisy-chain connectivity through dual Ethernet ports, a wide operating temperature range, overvoltage protection, and dual watchdog functions, providing both robustness and ease of installation in control cabinets.

The CPSR-I7520ARG converts RS-232C signals into RS-422A/485, enabling long-distance communication of up to 1,200 meters. Supporting communication speeds up to 115,200 bps, it features a wide-range 10–30 VDC power supply input and low power consumption of 1.2 W. Its compact design allows installation on a 35 mm DIN rail, making it easy to extend existing serial communication systems over long distances.

  • Compact DIN Rail-Mount Design

    Supports installation on standard 35 mm DIN rails. Its compact form factor allows installation in limited spaces within control panels and industrial equipment.

  • Wide Operating Temperature Range (-25 to +75°C during operation)

    Designed for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from-25 to +75°C(-13to +167°F). The rugged design ensures reliable performance even in environments exposed to significant temperature fluctuations.

  • Overvoltage Protection (CPSR-ET7244 / CPSR-ET2255)

    Equipped with high-level overvoltage protection on digital input channels to prevent module damage caused by voltage surges or wiring errors.

  • Dual Watchdog Function for Module and Communication Monitoring (CPSR-ET7244 / CPSR-ET2255)

    A dual watchdog function continuously monitors both module operation and communication status. If a module malfunction is detected, the unit automatically resets and restores output signals to predefined values.
    If communication commands from the host are interrupted, output signals are also returned to their predefined states.

  • Dual Ethernet Ports (CPSR-ET7244 / CPSR-ET2255)

    Features a built-in Ethernet switch that supports daisy-chain connections. A bypass function maintains communication even when power is lost, enabling the construction of communication control systems using standard LAN cables.

  • ESD Protection for RS-232/422A/485 Data Lines (CPSR-I7520ARG)

    The RS-422A/485 data lines are protected by an isolation circuit against electrostatic discharge (ESD), helping prevent equipment failures and improving system reliability.
