- Changed the number of TOPICs for MQTT publish/subscribe to a maximum of 16.

DHCP server, static routing, port forwarding, and IP filter functions were added.
Problem Fix
- CHS settings are not reflected when Data Transfer Service is restarted.
- In the tag edit function, the "%" character is empty when registered as a STAG.
- Modified so that data transmission can continue even if SD is in an error state when "Auto Backup" is enabled in the Data Transfer setting.
