Ann Zocchi is the Human Resources Manager at Contec Americas Inc., where she drives organizational effectiveness by aligning talent strategy with operational performance. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, telecom sales enablement, and manufacturing operations.

Ann holds an MBA in Business Administration and Project Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, a B.S. in Health Services and Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She also serves on the 211 Brevard Board of Directors, advising on human resources strategy.
