Contec has added a 21.5-inch fanless PCAP touch panel computer (Model: PT-M21WB-2500-G) equipped with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 (with support for 4 languages) into our touch screen computer product line. This new product, with Intel® 9th generation processors adopted, are released for sale on January 19, 2021.

PT-M21WB-2500 series feature Intel 9th generation Coffee Lake-Refresh processor to achieve lower-power consumption while ensuring performance in operation. This new 21.5-inch industrial touch panel computer provides 10-point PCAP (projective capacitive) touch type and 1920 x 1080 full HD resolution.
Contec’s newest PT-M21WB-2500 series adopted IP66-rated stainless front bezel with thickness and highly durable glass front surface, provides reliability and durability needed for demanding industrial environments. When our new industrial panel computer be mounted in waterproof equipment, the stainless bezel materials could bring a washable advantage for customers to improve equipment cleaning efficiency.
PT-M21WB-2500 series supports up to 32GB DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM with ECC available to detect and repair errors that cause data corruption and system crashes. Moreover, software RAID (Redundant Array of Independence Disks) function is supported to ensure data security and backup requirements.
This product is equipped with the 9th generation Intel Core processor and greatly realizes lower-power consumption while ensuring fine performance of operation tasks and drawing. The #304 stainless front bezel material and flat surface touch panel design make PT-M21WB-2500-G series possible to expand environmental demands and be suitable for various applications. This product also passes with front bezel IP66-rated which could satisfy customers with different demands, especially in food and automation applications.
PT-M21WB-2500-G series has two 2.5-inch removable storage slots that support RAID 0, 1 mirroring function. The removable drive design allows customers to expand the capacity and do storage devices maintenance easily. Moreover, the RAID function can guarantee data security and fulfill backup requirement.
This product has 2 expansion slots, M.2 key M 2242 and full-sized mini-PCIe, as well as interfaces includes DVI-I, DisplayPort, 1000BASE-T × 2, USB3.2 Gen 2 × 4, USB2.0 × 2, serial (RS-232C) × 3, serial (RS-232C/422A/485) × 1.
Panel mount and VESA mount (75 x 75mm or 100 x 100mm) are supported in PT-M21WB-2500-G series systems. When Systems be installed in waterproof equipment, our design could help to save wiring cost and improve maintenance efficiency.
