New Product Release: CONPROSYS™Series I/O Module with 4-Channel Thermocouple Input

Contec Co., Ltd. has added a new four-channel thermocouple input module to its CONPROSYS™ series. The new module was released for sale on February 13, 2025.

CPS-SSI-4C

This new expansion I/O module makes it possible to add a thermocouple interface to CONPROSYS™ series configurable CPU modules. Each module provides four thermocouple input channels.

Main Features

  • Compatible with various thermocouple input types

    The CPS-SSI-4C can be used with a wide variety of thermocouple input types—J, K, E, N, R, S, and T.

  • Cold junction compensation function

    The built-in cold junction compensation function eliminates the need for external temperature sensors, with temperature measurement possible just by connecting a thermocouple.

  • Support for ambient temperatures of −20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F)

    This product can be used in various environments with ambient temperatures of −20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F).

  • Two-piece terminal block with support for DIN rail mounting

    The terminal block connector can be removed without having to use a screwdriver, allowing for quick replacement if a malfunction occurs. Support for DIN rail mounting also makes replacement incredibly easy.
