CONTEC Co., Ltd. has launched seven new I/O modules in the CONPROSYS™ nano series. The new products are expansion I/O modules that add digital I/O, analog I/O, and counter input functions, and can be installed in compatible units for use as remote I/O over EtherCAT, Modbus, or USB.

Main Features

  • Supports EtherCAT DC (Distributed Clocks) synchronization(except CPSN-AI-1604LI)

    When an EtherCAT-compatible remote I/O coupler unit is installed, it supports DC (Distributed Clocks) synchronous control function. In line with the DC synchronization trigger installed on the EtherCAT sub-device, the timing of the entire system is controlled and measured. The DC synchronization error between sub-devices is kept within 1 microsecond.
