Contec has added four new models to its lineup of 30 mm thick A5-sized BX-T210 Series BOX Computer fanless embedded PCs. These new models—all compliant with CCC (China Compulsory Certification System) regulations—will be available from August 2022.

Featuring a high-performance quad-core CPU, these new embedded computers are compact at just 30 mm thick and about the size of an A5 piece of paper with an operating temperature range of −20 to 70°C*3. In addition to the three models currently on sale, the four new models will bring the series up to seven CCC-certified models.
Even if a product is subject to CCC certification, if the product is exported or sold to mainland China with a PC incorporated as an equipment component, CCC certification is not required. However, for PCs exported as standalone units, CCC certification is required to clear local import customs. These new models make clearing Chinese import customs easy while also helping to contribute to the global deployment of customer devices and equipment through compliance with various other national and regional safety standards, including BSMI (Taiwan), CE (EU), FCC (US), KC (Korea), UKCA (UK), UL/c-UL (US/Canada), and VCCI (Japan).
